How long does a scan take?⌄
Typically 30 to 60 minutes after payment. The estimated time is shown on each plan card.
Is my data safe?⌄
Yes. Reports stay on our servers only, delivered via encrypted email to your address. We never share scan results with third parties.
Do I need to own the target?⌄
Yes. At order time you confirm authorization to scan the target. This is a legal commitment — scanning assets you don't own breaks the law and our policy.
What if no vulnerabilities are found?⌄
You receive a full report documenting what was assessed and what wasn't detected. A clean result is a valuable finding in itself.
Can I rescan after fixing things?⌄
Absolutely. Pay again and place a new order any time. Each scan is independent and produces a fresh report.
What's the difference between tiers?⌄
Tier 1 identifies vulnerabilities. Tier 2 proves they're exploitable. Tier 3 adds a detailed remediation plan with human review.
Is a site behind Cloudflare or a similar service scannable?⌄
Yes. We run the scan and the report explains what an external attacker can actually see, with an honest assessment of whether your current setup provides enough protection.
What if I need to scan my internal network?⌄
